Welcome to WooReturns. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WooReturns website and software plugin (the "Service") operated by WooReturns ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns relating to your purchase. By purchasing a license, you are also bound by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

2. Software License

Upon purchase, WooReturns grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin on a specified number of WooCommerce domains according to your chosen pricing tier (Starter, Growth, Agency, or Lifetime).

  • Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase (unless the Lifetime tier is selected).
  • An active license is required for plugin updates, new features, and technical support.
  • You may not distribute, resell, or bundle the plugin with other commercial products without prior written consent.

3. Support and Updates

We provide support and updates for the Service only to users with an active, valid license. Support is provided via email and our ticketing system. We do our best to respond within 24-48 hours, but we do not guarantee specific resolution times.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WooReturns, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
