We want you to be completely satisfied with WooReturns. If the plugin does not meet your expectations or fails to work with your specific WooCommerce environment, we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all new license purchases. If you decide within the first 14 days of your original purchase that WooReturns is not for you, we will issue a full refund.

Conditions

  • The 14-day guarantee applies only to new purchases. It does not apply to automatic subscription renewals.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Once a refund is issued, your license key will be instantly revoked, and the plugin will stop receiving updates and premium features.

Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your WooReturns dashboard to prevent future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-year cancellations, but you will retain access to the plugin until the end of your current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@wooreturns.store with your license key or Paddle order receipt. Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through the Paddle buyer portal linked in your invoice email.
